Find a data in a list

Hi, I need your help ! I would like to find the 1st value (cumulative profit) bigger than $200 in a list for the same date. I have included a file of trades. This is only a small amount of trades that I would like to verify. The grey colour shows what I get from a software. The orange colour shows calculation (that I have to do to obtain results in green) and the blue colour shows what I would like to obtain at the end of the process. I am able to do a few things but I can not find the right functions or something else to get exactly what I want. Thanks.
