Vlookup value return first cells only corresponding to the multiple refeence and column

Sir,

with refer to the above subject I want Vlookup Value return first cells only against multiple reference and column.

am using this formula value return is perfect when data without duplication. if data duplication value return is multiple time as same value.

=VLOOKUP($A2&B2&C2,CHOOSE({1,2,3},Data!$A$2:$A$11&Data!$B$2:$B$11&Data!$C$2:$C$11,Data!$D$2:$D$11),2,0)
