    Lost Conditional Formatting

The attached workbook has a spreadsheet that I need to transfer to other workbooks. Normally I would right click on the tab, choose "Move or Copy" and drop it into the other workbooks. However, when I do this, I lose the conditional formatting that is in place, but only on some cells - not all of them. Any thoughts on why this is happening and how to lock in the rules I have in place?

After you choose "Move or Copy" and after selecting the workbook you want to move/copy the sheet to, do you select Create a copy, then click OK? I tried it this way with your sample, by creating a new tab, and by moving it to another workbook and non of the conditional formatting was lost.

    Re: Lost Conditional Formatting

That doesn't work. That's what I've been doing and one of the rules that states "If blank, fill in with white" gets lost - it moves down the list of commands when I open "manage formats." I'm trying to find a way that the list won't rearrange after I move the workbook.
