Formula help determining amount $ per year amount from scale

So I've made this table in which I have the age of my employees, amount of the 1.5% to be removed from 0 to 57 years of age (increments of 888$ per year - 57 = 888 56 = 1776 ect)
Then I have the amounts payable from 58 till 65 (1220$ per year - 65= 1220$ 64= 2440$ ect)

What I need is a formula that would take these amounts in consideration and apply it automaticaly to the age varying on the age one might retire on. The basis is 58 so the amounts currently in the files are for a retirement at 58. Should the person leave at 59-60-61-62-63-64 or 65 I would need to also be able to get the amounts.

Bare with me it's all in french but here is a quick translation.
