Formula for Counting Multiple Words in Multiple Ranges

I am trying to find the right formula to count the following information.

I need to find the number of times x604 called x629, x618, x621, x606 and x612. x604 is located from the range B12:B5200 while the other items are located throughout M2:M5000. An example of what the row looks like is as follows:

Data/Time Exten CallType PartyName Caller Id Dialed Number
Today x604 ExtToExt JohnSmith x604 x621
