I hope I can get the solution for my excel sheet.
Basically, I want Cells in Column M to be filled automatically by the corresponding data available in the spreadsheet 'RULES'. The Data depends on the sign-on time chosen, and the number of sectors chosen...
I tried to learn as much as I can, but as it is an urgent sheet I must have to work more efficiently, I am seeking your help.sample.xlsx

Just taking a guess here. I take it that you want the Sign-On time filled in in column C the sectors in column K to get a time from the Rules sheet and fill it in in column M

newdoverman, i should have been more precise: sectors filled in column E, not K. I will just change the letter in your formula, thanks a lot!!
Changing the letter of the column should do the trick. I added drop down lists which you may or may not want. I created them to be sure that my tests of data would be correct.
