Return last non zero value from a seperate worksheet ?

I'm sure this is a quite easy problem to solve, but it's eating my lunch.

I have an excel workbook with several sheets. In one sheet, I need to reference the last non zero value in a column, and have an external reference linked to that value.

    Currently, for my external reference, I have: ='Plant "A" Fill & Blowdown'!F22

What I need it to do is look from F7:F37, and return the last non zero value. F is updated each day, so I need the last value entered.

Can anyone please take the time to show me how this is done?

    TIA

you get better help if you add a small excel file, without confidential information.

please also add the expected result manualy in the file.
Notice my main language is not English.

I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.

Re: Return last non zero value from a seperate worksheet ?

I don't think I can post all or part of the spreadsheet, unfortunately.

I have managed to get the last value that I wanted, unless the value is the result of a calculation.

The forumula I'm using for this is: =INDEX(BMS!$F6:$F36,COUNTA(BMS!$F6:$F36),1)

If the last value is the result of a calculation in the reference cell, it returns 0. Is there a way I can return the actual value ?

Again, I appreciate any help, despite the limited information I can provide.
