    formula that takes a cell ref from another cell?

    Can't work this one out, any help is very appreciated:


    I have a cell that gets populated with the row number that a particular data range on another sheet gets stuck in (variable data length). In the cell next to it I'm trying to put a formula that would basically read:

    =AA25 - othersheet!W & (Z25.value)

    This, obviously, doesnt work as I have no idea how to make excel read the row number from Z25 and find the value in Wxx of the other sheet.
