    Tell me about countifs & sumifs

    in the attached file there is formula in column A & voucher number in column B & amount in column C
    that formula perform result that is formula do sum for voucher no. 411 & result is 157 & do sum for
    voucher no. 412 & result is 71 & so on like that, but i can not understant that formula so anybody can
    explain that formula so i learn that.
