Need to find and replace with work sheet name part of a formula

Hi
in the attachment i a work book where i have a sheet named final status & another 2 sheet named w-5961 and w-5801.
i made summery in final status file for the information of w-5961 and w-5801.

all the cells has a formula in the summery field for w-5801like
=INDEX('W-5801'!$S$2:$S$19967,MATCH($B3&"#"&E2,'W-5801'!$M$2:$M$19967,0))

now i need summery for w-5961, using same formula just changing to w-5961 instead of w-5801.

i did it here manually, how can i find and replace it.

pls help.
