formatting date column from (dd/mm) to (dd/mm/yyyy) according to today

Hello my friends,

Please have a look to my attached file.
I need to tidy my date column with this logic:

if it is written there : 13.02 i wanna make it -------> 13.02.2015
bcuz we already lived february of this year

if it is written there: 20.05 i wanna make it -------> 20.05.2015
bcuz we already lived this day of this year

if it is written there: 22.05 i wanna make it --------> 22..05.2015
bcuz we lived and still living this day

BUT,

if it is written there, 23.05 i wanna make it ----------> 23.05.2014
bcuz we didnt live this day yet so i wanna date it as 2014

if it is written there, 01.08 i wanna make it ----------> 01.08.2014
bcuz we didnt live this day in this year yet so i wanna date it as 2014

if it is written there, 15.12 i wanna make it ----------> 15.12.2014
bcuz we didnt live this day in this year yet so i wanna date it as 2014
