Need to create a sheet that allocates monthly figures across unequally weighted days

Hi all, this is my first post, so I hope I, within the rules...

I need to create a sheet that allows me to input an annual goal figure and have the sheet allocate that figure across 12 months with unequal weight given to each month (its retail so November and december get more etc) and then perform the same function with that monthly figure allocated across days of the month, with higher weight given to weekend days, higher weight given to the first and second weeks of the month etc.

This seems almost too complicated to hope for an easy solution... but as it stands now, I'm taking a monthly goal figure and just trying to go back and forth back and forth with daily goals to reach the total for the week and month....

Isn't simple arithmetics good enough? Take your goal, multiple by this month weight and divide by sum of all monthly weights.
