I came alone with one more situation, if an employee has any violation for example an employee absent on 01/01/2015. he will get credit on 04/01/2015 but before he get credit he absent again on 03/14/2015 so instead of giving him credit he will receive 1 point so total point will be 2, basically the 90 days count start the day when employee has violation, in this situation 3/14/2015. he will get one credit after 06/12/2015 if he do not have any violation. make any sense?
