VLOOKUP Returning Wrong Values

Hello

I'm having some trouble with a staff rota. I have timetabled when 3 employees are working in sheet 2 with their start and end times for each day. Using the infor from this site i have been able to calculate how many staff are working at each hour of the day.

However, when it comes to putting this info on a format the staff are familiar with, i am having issues. On sheet 3 i have included a vlookup which is returning wrong values. This is only happening for certain times of the day. I have checked formatting, but now i am at a loss.

I have included a sample so you can see the problem.

Don't know if you want to change your file as zbor suggested, but FWIW, your values appeared corrently aftr I put the lookup table time cells in edit mode and (re)entered. Seems like it might be an "internal" rounding error on date/time serial number calculations.
