Lightbulb "IF" formula to have "range of days" returns

    Hi,

    Background

I have to run a weekly report and needs to report some information (items ageing) using a rang of day:

    0-5 days
    5-10 days
    10-20 days
    20-30 days
    30-60 days
    60 +

As I have a high amount of data I would like to use a formula that reports directly the range without having to sort the table and add the ranges manually.

Report (can't technically attach a sheet, sorry)

From the item submission date (in the report) and the today's date I managed to get the number of working days since the request has been submitted. Now I would like to have a formula to define the range of days as per below in Column D.

    Column C: Ageing
    Column D: Range of days

Hope anyone can assist with this,

    thanks

Re: "IF" formula to have "range of days" returns

Unfortunately I can't upload the file for some reasons. Basically, I have a column (a) with the days, ranging from 1 to aprox. 200.. there are in average 600 values in the column.

I would like to report the range in the column B.

Tried this type of formula.. =IF(A1=<0,>=5,"1-5")(IF(A1>5,=<10,"5 to 10")) and so on so I have all the value buckets as per first thread.

This is a stab in the dark as I do not know what you want. If this is incorrect, please take a moment to MOCK-UP what you want and post it.
