How do I calculate age in hours in excel 2007 without actually writing today's date in column. I am trying to calculate equipment purchased on 12/22/1999, how old is it today by hours.

That's DATEDIF and it's available in Excel 2007.
It won't be listed in the Insert Function userform.
You have to manually type it in.
