Hello, I am working on a spread sheet document to calculate the approximate time my employees will be done with a task.
So here is my situation in story form:
If Jane starts work at 10:30 pm, she has a 15 minute break at 12:00 am and a 1 hour lunch at 2 am. What time will Jane be done with her 5 hours worth of work?
All my employees start at the same time 10:30pm, and all take breaks at the same time every day, WHat I need to do is be able to just type in 5 hours, and have the spead sheet calculate the time for including the lunch and the break.
Here is the catch, if a worker only has 2 hours worth of work to do, say they start at 10:30 and have their 15 min break at 12:00 am, the would be done at 12:45. and since that is before the lunch at 1 am.. I wouldn't need the hour of time for lunch added to the total equation.

5 hours worth of work
10:30 pm start
12:00 am stop
15 min break
12:15 am Start
2:00 am stop
1 hour lunch
2:00 am start
=4:45 am Complete
