    Unhappy Vlookup or Index with 2 variables?

    Hey guys, I'm new here but I need a help to create a vlookup or index formula in order to find an answer to what I'm looking for.

    Basically what I need is to find the right value of an item in a certain month.

    Attached I put the example of what I need.
