Extracting data with multiple criteria and values

I have a spreadsheet that I am working on for a game I am playing. I have information from two different sports team rosters. As such, all of the players show twice on the raw data sheet. I would like to separate them and their stats into separate team sheets and only have the highest value for each stat show up. I have attached a small sample of the workbook I am working with.
Thanks for any help in advance.

The highest value for each player would come from the ratings in each attribute category column. (i.e., ACC, AWR, BCV).

As some of the players ratings have not changed, this would only apply to the ones that have. Otherwise, I would only need the value from the row where the player's information is taken from.

For example, if a player in rates 56 in both rows of data in ACC, I would only need it to return 56 as there is no change. But if a player rates 85 in AWR on one row, but 96 on the other row, I would want it to return 96.

    Thanks!

How about Ameer in line 7 and 8, his ACC is 87 and 88, while BCV is 90 and 88, which line should be taken?

Re: Extracting data with multiple criteria and values

This was close, and gave a lot of information that I didn't have to begin with.

I am looking to have the each player's name only appear once on the team sheet, though.

As far as the individual stats go, as each player has two lines of data, for the most part it would need to compare the data according to the player's name and return the higher value.
If the data is the same, it wouldn't matter which one it returned (highlighted yellow).

I have highlighted in green which one should show on the team sheet. Maybe that will help for the solution.

Ameer Abdullah would be perfect for this as some of his stats have changed in the different rosters.

I apologize for my ignorance, I may have bitten off more than I can chew.
