So at a rough guess, (cos you havent actually explained what you want to do) it seems you want to generate Chart1 fromt he data in Chart2, ie
Part 325 has Sr No from 1 to 4 with Section No 1 and you want to generate each of the Sr No.s and Section No for each part as per Chart2.
I won't be solving this one, over to the VBA experts . . .

Special-K
Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.
Yes Mr.Special-K you are absolutely right..... i need formula's instead of VBA... any one who can help me out plz
A3=INDEX('Chart-2'!$A$3:$A$37,SMALL(INDEX(((('Chart-2'!$B$3:$B$37>='Chart-2'!$B$4:$B$38)+('Chart-2'!$C$3:$C$37<>'Chart-2'!$C$4:$C$38))=0)*10^10+(ROW('Chart-2'!$B$3:$B$37)-ROW('Chart-2'!$C$3)+1),0),ROWS($A3:$A$3)))
B3=IF(COUNTIF(A$3:A3,A3)=1,1,SUM(G2,1))
C3=INDEX('Chart-2'!$B$3:$B$37,SMALL(INDEX(((('Chart-2'!$B$3:$B$37>='Chart-2'!$B$4:$B$38)+('Chart-2'!$C$3:$C$37<>'Chart-2'!$C$4:$C$38))=0)*10^10+(ROW('Chart-2'!$B$3:$B$37)-ROW('Chart-2'!$C$3)+1),0),ROWS($A3:$A$3)))
D3=INDEX('Chart-2'!$C$3:$C$37,SMALL(INDEX(((('Chart-2'!$B$3:$B$37>='Chart-2'!$B$4:$B$38)+('Chart-2'!$C$3:$C$37<>'Chart-2'!$C$4:$C$38))=0)*10^10+(ROW('Chart-2'!$B$3:$B$37)-ROW('Chart-2'!$C$3)+1),0),ROWS($A3:$A$3)))
