Conditional formatting for 2003 version.

Hello,

I am using a excel template provided by microsoft. Unfortunately the conditional formatting only works for .xlsx or a newer version of excel.

I tried looking for a similar thread but was unsuccessful.

Help.

The problem is the conditional formats are not staying with the spread sheet when saved to 2003.

I apologize ahead of time if there is another thread.

Can someone please help me building a work around or a solution to having the original spread sheet work on 2007
