Hi all
I am a beginner in using excel and am familiar with the basic know-how but that is about it.
I have recently cleaned up my companies membership database which we are currently organising with Excel.
Part of this clean up is formatting Membership letters through excel that automatically populates data from other worksheets into the right cells. (such as Member full name, address etc)
One element of our membership letter is a "Membership ID card" that can be cut out by our members themselves.
I had issues in inserting the image in the background to insert data over the top of it firstly.
I resolved it by inserting a normal image into the sheet and adding a textbook over the top of it.
Now I can write data over the top of the ID Card Image and infant it is visible on the print but this solution does not seem to be ideal to me as I still have to insert the data manually. Is there any chance to populate a textbox with data from other worksheets as well?
Maybe the textbook is not the best solution for this but most important is that the Membership ID Card is part of the sheet and can be printed.
I am open to any other solution of my problem.
I hope the above explains exactly what I am trying to do. I have also attached an example for visual references.
I appreciate any help!
Thank you!
