Post Combine 2 cells into 1 - But I'm puzzeled on how to format a Date I'm combining :(

    Good morning all!

I'm using a very simple method to combine two cells into one: =(A2&" "&A3)

The only problem I'm having is the date in A3 gets carried over in ddmmyyyy (regardless of cell formatting - I've tried!)

Does anyone have a solution to when A3 is carried over, it's date will be in yymmdd? Or is there a custom formatting I could use and apply to the entire column or fix this?

    Much appreciated!
