Hi MKD,
Welcome to the forum.
I am assuming that you want the cell to be highlighted if it exactly before 6 months.
Please try the below conditional formatting

Hi MKD,
As you are first time posting here. Seems, you have made some changes in your first post, however would suggest you to not to do this in future.
Please refer to the attached file, I have included a condition in cell F2 for checking, if your END of Contract in C2 is under today's date + 6month then it will say as "Okay" else it will say "Warning" and will be highlighted as RED.
Hope this time it will meet your requirement.
