How to set warning on dates in Excel

Hi
I have a spread sheet containing data on contract expiration dates, we want to create a warning could be like red colours or a symbol, warning us 6 months before?

Can you help with a formula please ???

I am assuming that you want the cell to be highlighted if it exactly before 6 months.

Please try the below conditional formatting

As you are first time posting here. Seems, you have made some changes in your first post, however would suggest you to not to do this in future.

Please refer to the attached file, I have included a condition in cell F2 for checking, if your END of Contract in C2 is under today's date + 6month then it will say as "Okay" else it will say "Warning" and will be highlighted as RED.
