Using LARGE but need to link number to a name

As you can see from this formula I have listed the top 3 numbers out of AU4:AU20 I have used the formula 3 times in three separate cells changing the last digit from 1 to 2 to 3
=LARGE($au$4:$au$20,1)

Now in columns AF4:AF20 I have the corresponding names for those figures, how can I tie them up so that I can get it to read like...
Mary 1 John 2 Graham 3

No that doesnt work, it finds names but not the correct ones. I have attached a screen capture which me help explain.
The correct names should be Moira, Caterina and Alison.
Column AF to link with AU.

=INDEX(AF4:AF20,MATCH(LARGE(AU4:AU20,1),AU4:AU20,0))

Replace the 1 with whatever instance of large you want.
