Using a date range to specify categories?

    Hi,

I have just registered and need assistance. I'm brand new to excel and at work with a tight deadline.

I have a column for dates of arrival for new clients (first name, last, arrival date). They are moved into phases after arrival as follows:

    1. Phase 1, 2 weeks after arrival date
    2. Phase 2, one week after phase 1
    3. Phase 3, two weeks after phase 3
    4. Phase 4, following phase 3 where they stay indefinetly

I need to send a list of who is in what phase each day.

I'm sure this is extremely simple, but any assistance is appreciated!
