    Dunno. But.

    You can, from your weightings, etc, calculate the minimum and maximum scores. In the attached - scores can run from 40 to 200. One way would then be to assign the bandings on the basis of a percentile... 1/3 high, 1/3 in the middle and 1/3 low.
