hi all,
i have a situation in excel as per attached sheet. i have a table in cell range L4:M10 (coloured yellow) which details segments within a brand. in cell range B3:C5 (in red) i want a formula that captures for each brand the segments from the yellow table. i have hard coded the segments within the red section to show how i want to see the end product.
Your help would be very much appreciated.

Try this formula in B3 filled down and across.Formula:

Edit My mistake. Do not fill down and right. Instead preselect B3:C5, enter the copied formula above into B3 and commit the entire range all at once by holding down the Control key while hitting Enter.
