Lookup across Multiple Sheets using Multiple Criteria

Hi there,

In the attached sample file, I'm trying to (using formulas instead of VBA) fill in the highlighted cells using something like an index-match across the first three tabs based on the criteria in columns A and B. Any help is appreciated!

The goal here is to find a more efficient method rather than by manually inputting each and every tab into a master summary (from which a pivot will be created).
