Date formula

Hello, and thanks in advance for anyone that takes the time to read this post.
I am looking to use a few formulas to create a basic spreadsheet that will be used by my sales rep so i can account for his movements and also to give a warning for a date 3 days after a calendar date is entered, also entering in clients details so we keep it all stored on this spread sheet.
Firstly i am using a cell where i can right click and use the calender to enter today's date, i have been able to use workday.intl to give me a date that the rep needs to contact the client by, my problem is when i copy the formula down the row it gives me a generic date value which i don't want to see until i put the calendar date in the first column.
Any help to get me started would be greatly appreciated.
I can provide the spreadsheet for reference if required.
