Concatenate Data based on column

I need to be able to concatenate some data that is in a column and corresponds to a part number I have that is in the first column. Everything that is listed below the part number needs to be concatenated together with the row that has data right next to that part number. I'll attach a screenshot and my excel file.. I'm not sure what to do here so any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Repeat common text?
Any separator between concatenated cells?
Change separator based on trimmed text?

I'm not exactly sure what you're referring to. But I want to be able to have one function or formula that would be able to concatenate all of that into the first row throughout the entire excel sheet. I know how to do it with just one, that's simple..the tricky part is doing it throughout the entire thing. Could you maybe elaborate a little on your suggestions/questions?

Well the simplest way to go about this is to upload a [small] sample file with exactly how you want the results to appear in adjacent columns or rows. Click Go Advanced below right of Quick Reply section, then click the paper-clip icon to select and upload file (you can also use manage attachments button below the reply entry box.... or you can upload elsewhere and provide a link to it here....
