IF a cell is marked, then copy row to "Master List"?

Hi guys,

I'm trying to come up with a special attendance sheet. It's pretty straight forward, except, if a particular row is marked with a * (or some other value), then I'd like that entire row to be copied over to a master list.

I've uploaded a screen shot to help illustrate what I am trying to do.

In a nutshell, it's a regular attendance list with the ability to mark a particular row as "requesting extra help", and then carrying over that row over to a "Master List' of people who requested a follow up.

Is this possible?
