Return Value Once Multiple Criteria Are Met

    Excel Pic.JPG

I am trying to get the output in column E.

The criteria is the following: If column C has a duplicate and while column A has a duplicate then report out the value in column D that does not have "engine" in column B for the same row.

I can't wrap my head around it.
