    Conditional formatting in Multiple Sheet

    Hello:

    Please refer to attached sheet.

I need to use same Conditional formating in multiple sheet.
    In each of the sheet
if Cell B3="YES" then turn to Green
if Cell B3="NO" then turn to Red

I know little about conditional formatting, however i need help with doing the CF into multiple sheet.
The only have the knowledge to do CF in individual sheet.
This is really Pain when i have to do lots of sheet with same CF.

I don't mind if this can be done using VBA.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
    Thanks.

Re: Conditional formatting in Multiple Sheet

You can go to each sheet and set up the conditional formatting for B3

Try the Format Painter, conditional formatting should get included...

Double click it twice to "keep" copying the format several times.

Re: Conditional formatting in Multiple Sheet

Apply desired Conditional Formatting click on cell B3 on Sheet1:

Rule 1: =B3="YES" Fill with Green color

Rule 2: =B3="NO" Fill with Red color

After you done, copy cell B3 from Sheet1 and paste Special, Formats only to cell B3 on other sheets.

I'm not the OP, but thanks djapigo and Alkey. I didn't know that these 2 ways were a possibility, I learned something new.
