    Yes, use the same formula and replace TRUE with FALSE.

    =IFERROR(INDEX(C:C,AGGREGATE(15,6,ROW($B$3:$E$4)/(($B$3:$B$4=G3)*($E$3:$E$4=FALSE)),ROWS(I$3:I3))),"")
