    Countif Unique combination!!!

    Hey All,
    I need ONE FORMULA to be able to solve a problem that I have to find a product and color of product, and count it once if it shows up once in a span of 3 months but not count it if it shows up in subsequent months.
    Now I can do this with a helper column easily but I am trying to find a way to do it without one in one formula.

    A picture isn't much use to play about with - attach the Excel workbook instead.
