    If and and Color Formatting

I have an issue in understanding/creating the formulae.

I have five condition and one result cell, if the first condition is met and rest all the conditions is not met then it will come up with 20% and will color only 20% of the cell, if the two conditions are met then it will come up with 40% and will color only 40% of the cell and so on and so forth.

    Please find the attached file.

Check out such rules (go into conditional formatting, manage rules, datastripe, -> edit to check parameters.

Re: If and and Color Formatting

Hello Kaper, that solves my problem brilliantly. apart from that What i did is, there are only five employees and their target are defined so what i did is, rather then using if(and, I used If only.

So to make it much simpler. If (this condition), then 20%, +If (this condition), then 20%. so on and so forth.

U got me thinking and bar is brilliant. thanks boss.

@ Sixthsense, bro the source data was the target given to each employee under one manager and query was to understand how much a sales manager has achieved in a month.

    Thats solves my problem
    thanks to kaper and sixthsense
