    Conditional format a range

This should be simple but I can't seem to get it to highlight what I need. In column G, I have the percentage of a comparison. I want everything that is higher than 10% (10, 20, 30, etc) to be highlighted and everthing that is higher that -10% (-10%, -15%, -30%, etc) to highlight. Can I highlight it in 1 color? And Bold too?

Should I be using a formula for this to happen?

    Thank you!
