What will be the formula on c1 to get result

If formula works correctly I would test on the following
GEMMA 30 X 44 = INDIGO STRIPE IVORY
GEMMA 30 X 44 = INDIGO DARK BEIGE
GEMMA 30 X 44 = INDIGO DARK GREY
GEMMA 30 X 44 = INDIGO IVORY
There must be some replace formula that I don't recall

Try:
=TRIM(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(A1,B1,""),"=",""))

Debra I will sure use yours too somewhere , but if size of tiles are different e.g.
30 x 44
42 x 42

If =MID(A1,7,7) is working..
Then it will also works..
