Accounting Problem. Payment need to be segregated correctly.

Im working on a spreadsheet for loan payments. Basically I need the payment segregated into Penalty, Interest then Principal. Ive attached a sample sheet and my very very noobish attempt at formula making for the first time. Id really appreciate any help or insight you can give me. Thanks in advance!
