Work Open Event Not Working as Intended in Excel 2010

I have a Private Sub Workbook_Open() that contains following code. It errors out as "Runtime error 32809 - Application-defined or Object defined error" in v2010 but not in v2013. Not sure why?

Have you got any MISSING references? You sometimes get errors that bear no relation to the problem. Worth checking, though why it would work in 2013 but not 2010 is a bit of a mystery. What version did you develop the code in?

Can you post a sample workbook?
