Index and Match with Transposed Data Sources

I have two separate sheets, both are massive and it is therefore not practical to transpose the data. I've attached a massively cut down version to show what I need to achieve:

Basically I need to use two look up criteria, i.e. a lookup using column A and column B to find the correct entry in G1:K10, which inturn will display the correct value in column C, so for example if I lookup A2 (AR111) in conjunction with B2 (Land) in G1:K10 it should give me the result of 100 in cell C2 and so on.

I know I need to use Index with Match but I can't figure out how to achive this when the two data sources are transposed. Is this possible to do without transposing the second (lookup) data source?

    Many thanks
