    Hi,

    You can use for instance countifs or sumproduct:

    =SUMPRODUCT(($C$2:$C$25>30)*($A$2:$A$25=H2)) or =COUNTIFS($A$2:$A$25,H2,$C$2:$C$25,">30") where H2 is Year.
