I need to solve a complex power equation

Hi,

I have a standard curve that plots “gain” vs. Fluorescence; it fits a “power” trendline almost perfectly. The equation looks like this

y = 7E-19x6.7978
R˛ = 0.99959

I have attached a worksheet with the data and curve and you will see that the "x" is raised to the 6.7978th power.

I would like to use an excel equation to solve quickly for multiple values of x, but I don't understand how to write it. Help would be appreciated!!
