I'm terrible with formulas and need help. I need to know how to set up a formula for this:

If Gs Per Rep is greater than or equal to 8, AND NB Closing is greater than or equal to 50%, AND Resale Closing is greater than or equal to 75% THEN "WIN".

Headcount Gs Per Rep New Business Closing Resale Closing
8 3.75 51.76% 69.23%

This is what I tried:
=ifAND(D6>=8,E6>=50%,F6>=75%,G6,"WIN"
