sumproduct Or sumifs on multiple criteria matching day & time

has to sum all data given in each single date, by matching by date & time from another sheet which has data in same pattern of time but instead of date it has day in the rows. each date will have a cumulative sum matching time & day & multiply by duration then divide by 30.
