Try using =DATEVALUE() in a helper cell/column
If you still have a problem, upload a small (clean) sample workbook (not a pic) of what you are working with, and what your expected outcome would look like.

OK another approach for what you have there...
Highlight the entire range
scroll up until you see the yellow triangle (you may not even need to scroll up)
click that and select the Convert To Date
No both of your suggestion is not working for me.please help me with a formula

I've been playing with this....what about putting a double unary in front of the cell references?
It's been working at my end. =--A2

Hi there, pls see the file hope this work, Im make formula on column B, start on cell B2: =VALUE(A2) and formatted as date, and then you can copied down as necessary
