Sumifs exact text

I want to sum all values in column B based on two criteria
- If the values in column A (which are 30min intervals) match the specific interval I write in F3
- If the values in column E exactly matches the term Fibre Central.

The problem is that some values in column E have the term Fibre Central and some have Fibre Central Home Phone and it's adding them both together if they both have data at a specific interval. I need them to add one or the other, not together.

The formula I'm trying is =SUMIFS(B:B,A:A,F3,'NBReport Data'!H:H,"Fibre Central")

Any ideas?

You said the terms "Fibre Central" is in column E, but your formula is looking in column H (and on a diferent sheet no less).

Anyway, the sumifs will definately descriminate between "Fibre Central" and "Fibre Central Home Phone"
It will NOT count them both, only "Fibre Central"

=SUMIFS(B:B,A:A,F3,E:E,"Fibre Central")

sorry you're right, I didn't fix my sentence before I posted - it's in column H on a different sheet called NBReport Data. It is however totaling wrong, I counted them manually.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

I appreciate the help Jonmo1. This was something I was working on for work and now my source data is all changed by another dept. So my concern is now moot. But thanks for your help nonetheless.
