Show Error when a cell with number format change to date format

hi
i have a excel file with a range of number
but sometimes when i open my file some cell change to date format, so i should check my file every time before i sent it to my client
i want to write a formula(like below pic in cell E2) that alert me and show me when cell's format change from number to date



can anybody help me pls
