e.g column c - h replace with j-o on specific rows

Just wondered if anyone could help me.

Basically I have a spreadsheet of individual people and groups of people.

A person is on each row.

The brown represents a group

The green is what needs to replace the blue.

This is because the person that signs up the group has their name and address on C to H instead of the member being on the row after their name.

Where I - J are blank they need to stay blank.

Only when there is a name in J - O then these need to replace the duplicate name and address in C - H.

I hope this makes sense as its hard to make sense of it my self.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Assuming that the first name in the group is the group leader and assuming that if J-O are empty the name of the group leader should be in C-H.
That could be done by some formula, but then you'll need some kind of id to identify that group and thus the group leader.
Would that put you on track?
If not can you upload the workbook so I can give it a try.

Ok here, the ones that look empty aren't on the real one they contain addresses. It will be only empty in J-O on the leader of a group.

Many members search our previous posts, and thread titles play a big part of the search. I doubt anybody would do a search based on your title?

To change a Title on your post, click EDIT POST then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.

For the purpose of what you mentioned in your post most straight forward would be this simple macro.
Notice that it would be better to also avoid the hard coded column references, but for now ....
